Cancellation Policy

All rates are based on a 4 person occupancy for each site. There is an additional $5 per person nightly charge for additional people over the 4 person occupancy per site. All Ages are accounted for. Rates are based on one vehicle and one RV per site.

 

 

Deposit Policy:  A Deposit equal to one night stay is required to make a reservation(excludes long term stays).  We will charge your credit card for the deposit.

Full Payment is required at time of reservation for Holiday Weekends including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Special Event Weekends including – Bikes, Blues and BBQ, and War Eagle Craft Show.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:  A FULL NIGHT DEPOSIT cancellation fee applies to cancellations(excludes long term stays). Cancellations made after arrival or are nonrefundable. No refund will be given on long term stay deposits.

 

Cancellations for Holidays and Special Events including Bikes, Blues and BBQ, and War Eagle Craft Show must be made 30 days prior to the event for a refund minus the FULL NIGHT DEPOSIT. All cancellations made less 30 days prior to the event are non refundable.

 

Date changes must be made 72HRS prior to arrival or you will be charged in full for original dates booked. No Refunds.

 

Reservations made in the previous year are non refundable.

 

 

 

If you do not call  to cancel 72HR or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival and do not show for your reserved date, you will be charged for the entire remaining balance. If you call on day of arrival to cancel you will be charged remaining balance.  NO REFUNDS on day of arrival or after arrival.

 

**Rates, minimum stays, and cancellation policies are all subject to change.

**Long term stays are classified as 30+ days.

 

 

 

ADDITIONAL VEHICLES AND TRAILERS  WILL BE CHARGED $5 PER DAY DUE TO LIMITED PARKING.

 

 

MUST CHECK IN WITH OFFICE TO RECEIVE HANG TAG.
