Rules and Regulations So That All Will Enjoy Their Stay

1. Check-in time 1:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m.  No check ins after 5:00 p.m Monday - Friday        

2. Parking allowed on assigned site only.  All violators are subject to being towed at vehicle owner’s expense.  

3. Rent is due and payable on date reservation begins.  Lot rent is not transferable.

4. All over-night guests must register at office upon arrival and departure

5. Two people one vehicle per site.  Extra guest fees apply.

6. State Law – All sewer connections must have adapter. 

7. Speed limit in the Park is 10 mph.  Pedestrians have right of way.  

8. Must have valid driver’s license and personal insurance to operate golf cart.

9. Quiet Hours -10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

10. Outdoor TVs and Radios - keep volume to a minimum.  Please be respectful of neighbors.

11. Pool - No Lifeguard.  Please observe posted rules.  No swimming in the creek.

12. Must be 18 years of age to use Fitness Center.

13. RVs may be washed only once during your stay.  No washing of vehicles or boats.  

14. No clotheslines or hanging laundry outside of unit.  Bathing suits are permitted.

15. Trailers and boats must be placed in dry storage, contact office for fee. 

16. ONE (1) VEHICLE AND ONE (1) RV PER SITE.

17. No fire pits or fires are allowed per County ordinance. 

18. No discharge of firearms and fireworks.  This is strictly prohibited.

19. Parents or grandparents of visiting children are responsible for the safety and whereabouts of their children at all times and are liable for their actions.  Children must have an adult with them in the recreational areas, pool, and restrooms.

20. All guests and units are subject to local ordinances and state statues

21. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the Park and its visitors or failing to observe the RESORT RULES.

22. No smoking in pool area or in any resort buildings.

23. The owners/management of Northtide Naples RV Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, property damage, lost articles or for any personal injury or damage from any cause.

24. Landlord reserves the right to move a customer who paid a Lock Fee and the Lock Fee will be refunded.

25. Cancellation and Reservation Modification policy:  High Season, January 1 through April 1.    Cancellations made 121 days or more prior to arrival warrants a 100% camp credit.  Credits must be used within 12 months of the cancellation date.  Reservations during high season January 1 - April 1 cannot be modified.  All Other Reservation Dates:  Cancellations made 91 days or more prior to arrival warrants a 100% camp credit to the resort. Credits must be used within 12 months of the cancellation date. 

26. No refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures.  

PET OWNERS: 

 Pet Owners visiting Collier County for 30 days or greater please visit www.collierpets.com for pet requirements.

1. Pets are limited to two (2) per site, and at maturity must not exceed 25 pounds.  Breed restrictions apply. 

2. Pets must be leashed (maximum 6 feet long) when outside your unit. 

3. Pets must be confined to the interior of your unit unless accompanied by a resident. 

4. No pets in any community buildings or pool area.

5. You must clean up after your pet promptly.  Excessive barking will not be allowed in the resort.  Improper pet etiquette may lead to a fine or being asked to leave the resort.
