Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation prior to your arrival, the following applies:

  • If you cancel at least 30 days before the reservation and written notice given, a 100% refund less a $50 cancellation fee will be issued.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed and the balance will be applied to camp credit which can be used for up to 2 years.  
  • No refunds on early departures.
  • Reservations will not be modified within 30 days of arrival date.
  • An earlier than expected departure still holds visitors accountable for any fees associated with the reservation, as the rent or space is non-transferable and the space reverts back to Pueble El Mirage RV & Golf Resort.  
  • Unless the guest provides notice prior to check in date, reservations are cancelled after missed check in and guest forfeits entire deposit.
