Refund Policy

RV & Tent sites cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival will incur a $20 cancellation fee.  RV & Tent site cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will NOT be refunded due to the loss of booking opportunity. 

Event cancellation made 72 hours or more before the event will incur 30% cancellation fee.  Event cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will NOT be refunded due to the loss of booking opportunity. 

Lodging cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  Lodging cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will NOT be refunded due to the loss of booking opportunity.

Wedding cancellations made one month or more before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  Wedding cancellations made less than one month before the event will NOT be refunded due to the loss of booking opportunity.
