Cancellation Policy

Sandy Pond Campground charges cancellation fees to all reservations of a campsite/rental unit.

Surcharges are based on the total reservation amount and cancellation fees are incurred at the rate of :

• 10% surcharge on any cancelled reservations that has an arrival date of 2 or more weeks from date of cancellation.
• 50% surcharge on any cancelled reservations that have an arrival date of less than 2 weeks
• 100% surcharge on any cancelled reservation that has an arrival date of 7 or fewer days from arrival.

Monies owed to the client will be refunded via credit card on file within 30 days of cancellation. If the credit card on file is no longer valid or cash was used a check will be mailed within 60 days of cancellation date.
