Refund Policy

CAMPSITE CANCELLATION POLICY: NO CASH, CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS AT ANY TIME. Cancellations placed 14 days or more prior to the arrival date  will receive a Camping Credit for future camping, less a $5 handling fee. All monies forfeited if cancelled in less time.

• We do not charge for sunshine, nor do we refund for inclement weather.

• Camping Credit is valid for 1 year from the original departure date. 

RENTAL UNIT CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund, less a $30 handling fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to process.
