  Labor Day Luau!

  September 5 - September 7

  Join us for a tropical Labor Day Weekend full of fun, family-friendly activities to celebrate the end of summer in style! FRIDAY @ 7:30-8:30pm - BINGO in the pavilion. Bring a king-sized candy bar to enter! SATURDAY - wear luau themed outfits (skirts and flower bracelets/anklets available to purchase in our camp store)! 10am - Crafting in the pavilion! Color tiki masks, make bead bracelets, and face painting. Photo area with fun luau themed props opens in the pavilion 12pm - Limbo near the community bonfire area 12:30pm - Hula Hoop contest near the community bonfire area 1pm - Freeze dance near the community bonfire area 7pm - Bonfire with island music SUNDAY - wear luau themed outfits! 10am - Same crafting activities as Saturday - tiki masks coloring, bead bracelets, and face painting! 12pm - Learn the Lilo & Stitch hula dance from Natalie in the pavilion! (make sure to wear your grass skirts! We will then record the dance to post on our Facebook page at the end of the class. Let Natalie know if you don't want to be recorded 🙂 1pm - Conga line! Start in the pavilion and dance through the campground to island music. 7pm - Evening bonfire with island music 📅 Dates: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday of Labor Day Weekend All activities are family-friendly (except Bingo candy entry) and free to campers ($5 a day for locals!) and are open to all ages. Times and event details will be posted on our campground boards and Facebook page as we get closer. Come celebrate with us, make memories, and send summer off island-style at Paul Bunyan Campground! 🌸

  Local Maker's Market at Paul Bunyan Campground!

  Support local artists and businesses at our third Local Makers Market of the 2026 season! We’re excited to host a variety of local makers offering unique, handcrafted, and locally made goods—perfect for gifts or simply to treat yourself while supporting small businesses at our campground. 🗓️ Date: September 12, 2026 🕒 Time: 9:00am-4pm 📍 Location: Paul Bunyan Campground, pavilion & near the community bonfire area. ✨ Interested in being a vendor? We would love to have you join us for our very first market! – Email paulbunyancamp@gmail.com to sign up. – $5 vendor fee (pay on the day of the market). – Set up your booth in our pavilion or community area and share your creations with the community!

  1st Halloween Weekend at Paul Bunyan Campground!

  September 25 - September 26

  Get ready for a weekend of family-friendly frights, creativity, and campground fun! Dress up, sign up for our chili cook-off, decorate, and join us as we celebrate Halloween together! Site Decorating Contest - Winner announced at 9pm on Saturday. Weekend schedule as follows: 🎃 FRIDAY Night @ 7:30pm - Bingo in the pavilion. (Must bring a candy bar to enter) 🎃 SATURDAY: 10am - Decorate Your Trick-or-Treat Bags, Face Painting, and Halloween-Themed Crafts! 12pm - Pumpkin Carving – show off your carving skills (bring your own pumpkin or purchase on-site). 1pm - Learn the “Thriller” Dance, then we’ll film it with everyone in costume! 2pm - Halloween Photo booth opens up! Capture your costumes & campsite fun with themed props. 6pm - CHILI COOK OFF!! Bring your finished chilis to the pavilion. Try everyone's chili's after judging is done! 7pm - Trick-or-treating around the campground! 7:30-10pm - Spooky moves in the pavilion! Complete with fog, lighting, jams, and DANCING!
