  Beautiful Two Bedroom One Bath Cabin. Comes equipped with fridge, stove and microwave. Max occupancy 4 (only two over age of 18 allowed) 2 pet Max with $150 additional pet deposit per pet. Background, rental history and employment check required. 12 Month lease. Electric usage is billed at 12.9cents per KWh and added to rent invoice each month. Community offers pool, clubhouse, laundry room, dog park, playground & basic WiFi!

  We offer monthly stays at discounted rates. All monthly reservations will be charged a $25 application fee for background checks, etc. and a $5 administrative fee. Please contact the office for instructions on completing the application.
