  The rates reflect the water being shut off on October 15th.

• Monthly Rate for 50-Amp/Water Premium

  The monthly rate is $390 for premium 50-Amp/Water site in October and November. Days past your month stay will be prorated to reflect the savings. The water to all sites is shut off on October 15th unless freezing temps come sooner. The lack of water is figured in the monthly rate. The shower house will have water and heat until the park closes for the season.

  Rates for month long stays will depend on the month the stay occurs. extra days will be prorated.
