Winter Monthly rate
Winter monthly discounts must be booked by phone. Required: Electric deposit, Pet deposit and prepay last month rent. Guest must sign agreement for autopay of site rent and electric by credit card. RV's must be well maintained with good cosmetics. Electric is charged monthly after the 1st of the month. Site rental is charged on the 15th of the preceding month.
