APOLLO LODGE & RV PARK POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Before checking in, please carefully read and follow the RV PARK RULES listed below.

Apollo Lodge reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of the below rules, A fee of $50 PLUS damages will be assessed for failing to comply with any rules. Apollo Lodge is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. Guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages. Guest is responsible for carrying their own insurance.

By Law, Apollo Lodge is a service-oriented business. Therefore, we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any guests.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to provide a full refund less a $10 processing fee for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation start date. For cancellations made within a 7-day period, we can offer a refund minus one night's reservation fee. 

·       RV PAD SITE:

o   Check in time is after 1:00 PM. (Early check-in possible if spots available, fee may apply.)

o   Check out time is 11:00 AM on the last day of your visit. Unless a later time is cleared through the office.

o   All RV guests must sign in at Apollo Lodge Main Office. You will be guided to your spot after check-in.

o   Our Staff will help guide you on backing into the RV Spot, please follow the direction by staff member. Do not back in too close to the connection box or sewer connection. Maintain some distance.

·       ALCOHOL & DRUGS:

o   DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND INTOXICATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ANY AND ALL ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

·       NOISE:

o   NO LOUD NOISES OR DISTUBANCE TO OTHER GUESTS. Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited. We have ZERO TOLERANCE policy, if you violate this rule you agree to leave immediately without refund. Most of our guests include workers and they require good sleep.

·       WATER & SEWER:

o   We reserve the right to inspect your RV in case of water leaks. Water leaks must be fixed immediately, if we find the issue doesn’t get resolved in time, water will be cutoff until issue is fixed.

o   When connecting to the water outlet, please leave back flow valves in place and make sure you are NOT leaking water.

·       ELECTRIC:

o   Any electric connection besides the RV hookup must be cleared with management, there could be additional fees depending on the usage. We handle this on case-by-case basis and are generally accepting for non-regular usage without additional fee.

·       SPEED LIMIT:

o   5 MPH. This is not a speedway, just be careful and watch out for people walking.

o   No ATV’s, motorcycles etc over 50 CC’s are allowed on Park grounds. Anyone operating a Motorized Vehicle on Apollo Lodge Property MUST HAVE a Valid Driver’s License.

·       PARKING:

o   Aside from the RV, you may have 1 vehicle on the property. If you need additional parking, please ask management first.

·       SITE MAINTENANCE:

o   Outside storage around or under RV is strictly prohibited. NO CLOTHESLINES PLEASE.

o   Place all garbage in garbage bag and place it in the dumpster.

o   Hoses and cords must be well maintained and properly hooked up.

·       MINORS:

o   Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times.

·       PETS (No aggressive dogs are allowed at any time on property):

o   All pets must be contained or restrained on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times.

o   Droppings and accidental waste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to trash dumpster.

·       FIRE HAZARDS:

o   NO ground fires are allowed: Fires must be contained in enclosed fire pits. BBQ grills are allowed, electric grill must be cleared with management first.
