Entrance onto the campground property constitutes:

By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks.

WARNING

UNDER COLORADO LAW, THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR THE DEATH OF OR INJURY TO A PARTICIPANT IN AN AGRICULTURAL RECREATION OR AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE AGRICULTURAL RECREATION OR AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY, PURSUANT TO SECTION 13-21-121, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES.

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. Property damages caused by the guest to the park are authorized to be charged by the same form of payment method for the stay.

Big B’s Delicious Orchards Rules:

Campsites Check In: 12:30 pm Campsites Check Out: 12:00 Noon. Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am

IMPORTANT: On Wednesdays our orchard campsites will have a 4:30pm check in due to regularly schedule maintenance in the orchard. However, feel free to arrive at the orchard any time. There is plenty of space to park and you are free to relax in our courtyard and grab something to eat at the cafe while you wait.

Cabin / Glamping Tent Check In: 3:00 pm Cabin / Glamping Tent Check Out: 11:00 am. Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am

Visitors: Guests are welcome to have visitors at their site. Guests are responsible for their visitors and failure to follow this policy will result in additional charges being added to your account and/or up to expulsion from the park.

Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times throughout the campground. Strictly Enforced. One-way road directions must be obeyed. Traffic violations are subject to removal from the park

Parking: All vehicles must be parked in your site or in approved parking areas.

Garbage: Dumpsters and recycling are located by the back farm shops, near Orchard Camping. Please take all trash to the designated area. Do not leave trash in campsites. Do not use trash area near the store (those dumpsters are for cardboard recycling only.)

Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times. Aggressive behavior from any pet can result in the pet being asked to leave the park. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET, failure to do so can result in expulsion from the orchard. Owners are responsible for ensuring all vaccinations are current.

Firewood: Firewood is available for sale at the Orchard Store. Cutting orchard trees is strictly prohibited

Fire Rings & Grills: No burning or storing of trash in fire rings or grills. No unattended fires.

Conduct: No obscenity, offensive language, or other disruptive behavior or activities allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to determine these actions. Remember we are a family-friendly park and want everyone to enjoy their stay.

Cabin / Glamping Tent Rental: I agree any damages incurred during my visit may be charged to my card provided for payment of the rental. Any evidence of smoking in Orchard Cabins or Glamping Tents will automatically cause a charge of $100 for violation fee. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABINS OR GLAMPING TENTS *NO EXCEPTIONS!
