To make travel more affordable during these high fuel and grocery prices, we’ve thrilled to introduce our lowest rates in the industry: our full-service "Value Campsites". These campsites allow stays up to 14 days. Check out the pricing on our website (porocks.com) and book your stay today! This rate is even lower than many state parks that offer limited or no amenities. Our cozy Value Campsites are perfect for smaller RVs, truck campers, camper vans, and vans. Reserve your Value Campsite now and experience everything our campground and Prescott have to offer. We’re just a 10-minute walk from Watson Lake and 5 miles from historic downtown Prescott.

Winter Monthly Sites
July 1 - March 1
Enjoy winter in Prescott with crisp cool air, sunny days, and easy access to historic downtown Prescott, Watson Lake, hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants, museums, and holiday events. Monthly campsites are available only during our off-season, December through February, for $650 - $675 per month, plus electric. These are the only months we offer monthly stays. Book online in full-month increments, such as check in on the 3rd and check out on the 3rd, or complete our Contact Us/Waitlist form. The maximum stay is three months. Campsites are assigned upon arrival, and site requests are not available. RVs only. RVs must be 12 years old or newer, although management accepts photos of older RVs for approval. Limit 1 RV and 1 vehicle per campsite.

Book your first quarter (January through March 2027) now, and the remaining months (April through December 2027) will open on January 1, 2027, at 7:00 A.M.
