S’more Sundae: Camping for Foodies

In preparation for National S’more Day on August 10, we thought we’d let you in on a little s’more secret of ours. Several months into full-time RVing, we decided to get creative with our s’more recipe. Creamy, chewy, crunchy, sweet, and savory, the s’more sundae has it all! We fell in love with our camping concoction and have refined it through the years, with the latest ingredient addition of Swift’s instant coffee. So if you’re needing a cool treat for the end of summer, we happily invite you to try our s’more sundae experiment!
S’more Sundae Ingredients:
Chocolate ice cream
Roasted marshmallows
Peanut butter
Graham crackers
Whipped cream
Swift’s instant coffee
Method
All right, let’s get to making this s’more sundae! In a bowl, scoop the desired amount of chocolate ice cream. One, two, three, or more scoops- there is no judgment here! Scoop to your heart’s desire. Plop a dollop of peanut butter and then add your marshmallows, roasted to your liking. Crumble half of a graham cracker on top and add your chocolate by breaking the bar into small, bite-size pieces. Top with fresh whipped cream. Canned whipped cream is fine too, but if you’re using that, make sure to spray some directly into your mouth- chef’s taxes. Sprinkle with just a pinch of instant coffee. Enjoy around the campfire!
