Payment Policy:

A payment of 100% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card and the surcharge is nonrefundable. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Branching Pines to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.

Change Policy:

Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

The surcharge for an online reservation is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled check-in are non-refundable. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your Reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check-in is considered to be 1:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the original reservation.

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for early check-outs or no-shows.
