CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Reservations require prepayment

  • 7-day notice required for refund (14 days for holiday weeks/weekends; Friday before a holiday to the following Sunday after the holiday). If less notice is given, half of visit time will be charged.

  • No refund on cancellations within 24hrs of the start of reservation.

  • Refunds will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.

  • No shows: Will be charged in their entirety.

  • All discounts and offers are separate and may not be combined.

  • Since Camping is an outdoor experience, we do not give refunds for the discomfort of nature.

  • No refunds for unused days

  • IF your site is no occupied by check in (2pm) of the second day of your reservation, you will be considered a no show and your site will be offered to someone else.
