WE REALLY PREFER YOU CALL US TO BOOK A MONTH TO MONTH STAY, AS THERE IS AN APPLICATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATON YOU  N EED TO KNOW. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 719 343 3970

Our cancellation policy varies dependent on the type of Stay

Nightly Stays - in an attempt to encourage reservations, there are no cancellation penalties.

However a “NO Show” (meaning you did not notify us that you are no longer coming)

will result in a full forfeiture of the your paymentt.

Notifying us is easily done via the reservation website, email or phone call.

Extended Stays - Our Campers or Your Camper

These stays are based on a month to month basis.

These stays require a $475 “Hold Deposit”

Upon arrival this deposit will be applied to the first months rent.

However a cancellation within 10 days of scheduled arrival

OR

a NO Show(defined above) will result in a full forfeiture of the “Hold” deposit.
