Independence Day Fireworks and Parade Weekend

Come celebrate the 4th of July Weekend at AJ's Getaway! We will have our towns Annual shooting of the Anvils on Saturday at 6:00 am. Then we get up and get in line at 7:00 am for the very Patriotic Parade down the 260 Hwy to Tall Timbers Park. The Party begins at 11:00 am at Tall Timbers Park with Vendors, Bands and Beer Garden. Then the park closes at 5:00 pm and you drive to Mogollon High School for the ELECTRIFYING Fireworks Show. There will be vendors, music and food there too. Get there early, bring your chairs to see an up close and personal, 30 minutes of Fireworks above your heads! On Sunday, we will have an Internal Parade for SXS, OHV's and bicycles at 11 am. Decorate yourselves and your OHV/bikes/golf carts for an Internal Parade and meet at the Event area after for the Fire Department. The Fire Department will come in on Sunday with their trucks and spray water on the kids in the Event area (pending weather/emergency calls on their end). AND we have a water slide for the kids.
