Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: All RV reservations canceled prior to 14 days of arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. RV sites canceled within 14 days of arrival date will be charged up to one months rent. RV sites booked at all "SpecialRate" reservations cannot be refunded. Villa cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be charged a $225 cancellation fee. Villas canceled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.
