Terms of Service
Terms and Conditions:
I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at www.gandrcampground.com, posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Young G&R Campground, LLC Management.
As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Young G & R Campground, LLC d/b/a G & R Campground: Houston, Delaware, its owners and agents (collectively, G & R Campground Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the G & R Campground property, facilities, bath houses, amenities, pool (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS G & R Campground Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although G & R Campground Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold Young G & R Campground, LLC d/b/a G & R Campground, its owners and agents (collectively, G & R Campground Management) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue G & R Campground Management for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.
The Premises are privately owned and G & R Campground MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant G & R Campground Management and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that G & R Campground may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.
RESERVATION POLICIES
PAYMENT
Any balances are due upon arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
G & R Campground
Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment, less a $25 cancellation fee. Any deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded in the form that was used for payment, less a $25 cancellation fee. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
RV/Tent Sites:
Check-in Time: 2 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
Cabin Rentals:
Check-in Time: 3 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
Early check-in may be available for $30; contact the campground office the morning of your arrival for availability. Late check-outs may be available for $30; check with the campground office on your day of departure for availability.
Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the campground staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit, if applicable.
SITE LOCATIONS, TENT, & CABIN ACCOMMODATIONS
All site and cabin numbers are subject to change prior to arrival. All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. Tents and conversion vans are only permitted on designated tent sites. Only one pup tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of G & R as site size allows, and must be taken down during the day. Dining canopy tents are permitted, but may not be up in conjunction with a pup tent. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning.
Additional Terms for Rental Units
I understand and agree as follows:

At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be bagged and tied/or placed in an exterior trash receptacle, all kitchens and kitchenettes are to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away, and the microwave, fridge, stove and countertops are to be wiped clean; otherwise, G & R Campground may charge my credit card with a $75.00 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, permit a pet to occupy a rental unit not designated as pet-friendly or smoke in a rental unit, G & R Campground Management may charge credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum charge).

All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by G & R Campground Management.

Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken/lost TV/DVD/AC remote controls, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.
PERMITTED OCCUPANTS
All reservations include a maximum of 4-6 guests unless otherwise stated. Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the site. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in.
VISITORS
Campers are responsible for their visitors. Each visitor must register at the Campground Office and pay the visitor fee, which is $8 per person, per day. Visitors may stay overnight following their day access as long as the site does not exceed the maximum occupants.
AMENITIES & FACILITIES
We encourage you to visit the website for specific information and dates relating to on-site amenity closures and other property specific information. Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather dependent schedule that may have limited hours during the spring, fall, and winter. We reserve the right to close any facilities at our discretion without prior notice. Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities.
Additional Terms for Pool Use
- NEVER SWIM ALONE. At least one adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use.
- Don’t drink alcohol and swim.
- Only use this facility during posted hours of operation.
- IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911.
- Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior).
- THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION.
GENERAL RULES
QUIET HOURS
Our quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. The use of generators are not permitted on the property. We do enforce a curfew - anyone under 18 years of age may not leave their site or rental after 11 p.m. unless it is to and from restroom facilities accompanied by an adult.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR
Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on, or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources. As a family owned and operated campground, G & R Campground is proud to promote an inclusive and family friendly atmosphere at all of our properties. Offensive or intolerant language and actions will not be tolerated, included with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, or political views, and the presence or existence of any language, actions, visuals or symbols (e.g. visuals depicting confederate flags, swastikas, racial slurs, etc.) that may be deemed to be offensive will not be permitted on property. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking and evict any guest, without refund, for failure to comply with these rules and/or staff's request for you to remove the display of any offensive visuals or symbols.
All children are to be under parental supervision at all times. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent while at the pool.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
There is no smoking allowed in cabin rentals, campground owned RVs, restroom and shower facilities, indoor facilities, common areas, or any outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
SITE SAFETY
Each site is provided one table, as well as one fire ring if allowed by local regulations. Fires are only permitted in the fire rings provided. Please do not burn or leave trash in fire pits, and please do not move fire pits without permission from the staff. All fires must be contained to the pit/ring, and campfires are permitted from 8 a.m. to midnight. Never leave a fire unattended. Any chemicals or toxic materials must remain locked up at all times, or safely removed from the access of children or animals.
PETS
We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. Pets are not permitted in the bath houses or inside the pool fence. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $50 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a cabin rental. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Any garbage and recycling are to be put in the designated areas, garbage bins, and recycling receptacles.
SEWER HOOKUP
All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight. Replacement sewer hoses and sewer donuts can be purchased at the campground store.
WASTE WATER
The discharge of any waste water (septic or grey water) is strictly prohibited. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.
PARKING & RESORT ROADS
Two vehicles, inclusive of one RV, are included with each reservation as determined by G&R Campground and as space allows. Additional vehicles are $5 per day and subject to availability of parking in designated areas. All vehicles must have a parking pass from the office upon check-in. Please ensure your guest tag is visible at all times with your proper departure date. Towing is enforced at the guests expense. All guests must stay within campground property boundaries. No trespassing on neighboring land is permitted.
SPEED LIMIT
Please obey posted speed limits on property. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund.
TRANSPORTATION
Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized if they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited (no ATV or Golf Carts). Any camper with a disability or special needs that requires a motorized scooter or additional equipment should contact the Campground office prior to check-in for a reasonable accommodation variance. Documentation (ex: handicap plates, proof of liability insurance, etc.) may be required.
GATE ACCESS
All guests are required to utilize the gate code/card for entry into the campground. Tailgating behind cars is strictly prohibited. Gate cards require a $50 refundable deposit. Any lost or unreturned gate cards will result in that fee not being returned.
BIKES
Don't forget your bike helmet. In addition to following local regulations, we recommend that all riders wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bike riders must obey the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle. No bike riding is permitted on the premises after sunset.
FIREWORKS
The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without refund.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS
Guests must obey all federal, state and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
GENERAL CONDUCT & REMOVAL
Guests are required at all times to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as directions of the campground management. We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the campground.
