Hinton Landing Policies & Rules

General:

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.
Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Resort harmless from and indemnify Resort against the same.
The Resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
Maximum 8 total people allowed per RV site at any given time.
Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.
All spaces are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
Only 1 vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

Safety:

The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
The speed limit on property is 5 mph.
Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.

Security:

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
Report any problems with your site to Management immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be courteous to other guests around you.
Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
Profanity or violence towards other guests or resort staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Booking Policy:

All reservations regardless of length of stay require payment of the full reservation total at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
No shows and early departures receive no refund.
