Winter on the Texas coast is hard to beat. Spend your mornings on the pickleball court or the walking trails, and your afternoons at the stocked fishing ponds. We have some huge catfish in there (one came in at over 75 lbs!), and you’ll probably catch me out there chasing bluegill. When it cools off, the heated pool and hot tub are calling. The clubhouse hosts our Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve potlucks, so long-term guests end up feeling like neighbors pretty fast. A bathhouse and laundry on site make longer stays easy.
