By placing a reservation here at Lost Arrow Resort you agree to read and comply with all resort rules including any given at check-in as well as those posted on the premises or communicated by Lost Arrow Resort management and staff.  The renter (guest) accepts resort priveleges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Lost Arrow Resort, its officers and employees of all liabilityfor loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member or the family or guest of the registered renter (guest) arising out of the use of its facilities.  Entrance to the resort constitues permission for the management of Lost Arrow Resort to photograph anyone in public areas while on the premises and to use the resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual. 

Lost Arrow Resort cannot prevent the renter from being exposed to, contracting, or spreading Covid-19 while utilizing Lost Arrow Resort services or premises.  

Check In - 3:00 PM - Early check in can only be accomodated with prior approval of resort management. 

Check out - 11:00 AM - Late check out available in some cases as the discretion of resort management.

Rental Rates - Rental rates are based on maximum occupancy of 4 people total in all units.  Riverfront Deluxe Cabins and Deluxe Cabins can accommodate up to 2 additional adults at am additional charge of $20 per extra guest per room per night. 

Weekend Stays - Weekend stays in Deluxe Cabins require a minimum of 2 night stay.  Check in for weekends are on Friday or Saturday. 

You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room/cabin at Lost Arrow Resort. 

Site Type - While site type is guaranteed, specific site number is NOT guaranteed unless you have paid the applicable site lock fee. 

Pet Policy - Lost Arrow Resort does allow up to two pets (dogs only) in certain designated units at a $50 per pet per night fee, this includes emotional support animals. Guests with large dogs must get approval prior to arrival. Breed and pet restrictions may apply. Pets are not allowed on beds. The resort's common areas are off-limits to pets. All pet waste shall be picked up and properly disposed of or the guest/handler agrees to pay a $50/fine per occurrence. Guest/handler will be required to provide proof of dog license and/or rabies vaccine on or before the time of check in. Animals must be leashed and remain in the care of their handler at all times or left in a properly secured cage. Any damage incurred to room will result in fees being assessed to the card on file after departure. Management reserves the right to request guest\handlers of nuisance animals to be pay additional kenneling fees and\or removed the pet from the property immediately without refund pet fees or regular room charges. 

Campfires - Communal campfire rings are available around the resort.  All guests are welcome to use them and we ask that you please share with others.  Due to tree diseases that can be spread by moving firewood, we ask that you do not bring wood with you.  Wood is available for sale at the resort for use. 

Smoking - No smoking of any substance is allowed in rooms/cabins at Lost Arrow Resort. Smoking may only take place in outside designated smoking areas.  Failure to comply with this rule WILL result in a $250.00 deep cleaning fee being charged to your card after departure. 

Early Check In \ Late Check Out - Check in time is 3:00 pm  Checkout time is 11:00 am please inform the reception desk if you wish to check in early or retain your room beyond the checkout time. The early check ins and extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. Unauthorized late check outs past 11:00 am will result in a $25.00 charge.

Damages/Excessive Cleaning Fee - By booking a room you acknowledge that Lost Arrow Resort reserves the right to charge for any damages caused to resort property by you, your guests, or a service animal.  You also understand that the resort reserves the right to process these charges to your credit card after departure. Extra cleaning fee of up to $300.00 will be assessed if found necessary and physical damage will be billed to cover repair. 

Cancellation Policy - 

A cancellation for rental units and motel rooms requires a 14-day notice.

- Rental units and Motel rooms require a 14-day cancellation notice and your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing fees.

- Cancellations received after the required notice are NON REFUNDABLE, however if management is able to rebook this site with another guest we would be happy to refund your reservation fee minus applicable cancellations fees.

Lost Arrow Resort has put in place preventative measures to redue the spread of Covid-19; however Lost Arrow Resort cannot guarantee that you, your child(ren) or visitors will not become infected with Covid-19.  By making a reservation at Lost Arrow Resort the renter/guest acknowledges the contagious nature of Covid-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that the renter/guest and his/her child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by Covid-19 while staying at the resort and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.  The renter/guest understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by Covid-19 Lost Arrow Resort may result from the actions, omisisons, or negligence of the renter/guest and others, including but not limited to Lost Arrow Resort employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.  The renter/guest voluntarily agrees to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to themselves and their child(ren) (including but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss claim, liability or expense, of any kind that the renter/guest and or their child(ren) may experience or incur in connections with attendance of Lost Arrow Resort or any of its programs.  The renter/guest must agree to release, agree not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Lost Arrow Resort, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from claims, including all liabilites, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.  

Guests are asked to not stay/visit if currently experiencing (or have had) Covid-19 symptoms in the past 14 days.
