Cancellation Policy

CANCELATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES

• Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty (Full refund accept for a $2 processing fee)

• Cancellations 15 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund.

• Cancellations 48hrs prior to arrival will not receive a refund.

• All accounts are required to be paid in full upon arrival to MCM

• There are no refund for early departures

• NO SHOWS -Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR GROUPS:

• A signed contract is due upon reservation 

• Final numbers are due one month prior to your arrival at MCM

• MCM reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund and/or liability if you or your group does not respect MCM’s Statement of Faith, Core Values, Guiding Principles, and/or Policies 

• Guest Group Cancellation 60 days or more prior to your arrival will incur no penalty

• Guest Group Cancellation between 1 and 60 days prior to your arrival will result in your group paying 50% of the originally contracted cost

  • Example: 15 campsites x 3 nights= $480.00, you will owe $240.00 (50% of original cost) if you cancel between 1 and 60 days before your arrival
