Refund Policy

Oasis RV Resort Amarillo

  1. In the event that you need to cancel an RV Reservation, you need to call 48 hours PRIOR to your arrival date and there will be a $25 fee. If you cancel within that 48 hours there are no refunds.
  2. In the event that you need to cancel a Cottage Reservation, you need to call 3 days PRIOR to your arrival date and there will be a $25 fee. If you cancel within 3 days there will be charged for the first night's stay.
  3. No refunds will be provided on special event or holiday weekends
  4. Please allow 72hrs business days to receive your refund.
