The park itself was a little outdated, but they are so kind. They do have some excellent brand new quaint shops. Really such a great vibe. The bath house was cleaned daily and well stocked. They all have a shower, sink, and toilet in closed with concrete walls! Very nice surprise.

Owners are super nice! Campground was quiet at night. Had everything we needed, camp store, laundry, individual bathrooms. Loved the Toad's Bar'n grill restaurant. It was great and very dog friendly.

Great facility/location. Staff helpful. Only comment if you go to the “Toad’s Barn and Grill” (on-site) there aren’t any guidance signs to help you find your way especially after dark.

This RV park is close to all the attractions however The RV park is not big rig friendly in terms of level sites. We struggled to get our Class A level . Regardless of what the manager said about no one having issues with leveling their rigs , we did observe other Class A ‘s moving when they had availability to do so . I did feel the manager was dismissive to me when I tried to explain our issue. She did change her tune when my husband spoke to her regarding the leveling issue. They do have a premium plus area with concrete pads that would be more suitable.

We have stayed here before and it was a much more pleasant experience. This time our site was much closer to the parkway and it was extremely loud. Either the creek smelled or the sewage system was causing a nasty smell. The campground was clean and the bathrooms were warm (cold weekend) and well maintained. They provided a hayride for the kids so they could trick or treat.
