Very clean. Quite. It may not be for family as it doesn’t have pool or playground. It’s an excellent alternative to KOA if you are passing by or staying for a few days. I will not be surprise if there are long term options l.

This place is quiet and easy to get to and out of. It’s clean and is a wonderful place to stay!

Clean facility. Bathrooms clean and updated. Staff attentive and take pride in their job. Only issue was on of the staff walked in on my wife while she was using the restroom. There are maintenance access doors to the bathroom that you cannot lock from the inside. We will stay there again though.

This is a beautiful little campground. Great location. Sites are big and new. Loved staying here.

Overall a really nice, well maintained park, the downside is the street noise can be a little much.

It’s a very small campground. Only 12 sites. But it’s the cutest, cleanest, little campground. Great amenities. We were very happy to have a laundry because we had a leak over our bed, and needed to dry linens. Cement pads were great. Enjoyed our stay immensely. My only complaint was traffic noise which they can’t do much about. We ran our fan in our rig to mitigate. Would highly recommend Cozy Corner!!!

Quiet, safe and clean spot for a quick two night visit to Ft. Walton Beach.

Very nice pads! Park was not busy when we were there. Only issue is the road is noisy.

Perfect spot off the beaten path. This RV park is small and immaculate. We had no problems barking our 35 ft fifth wheel and our crew cab dually. Nice level concrete pads. Easy in and out. Great laundry room, bathroom and showers. It is close to lots of things to do. We actually walk to Walmart and Lowe's from there. We felt safe here. There is some road noise but we didn't mind it.

No office at the location was told it was down the road. Half of the sites faced a busy road. Wi-Fi was bad had to use our hotspot. Would not recommend this campground was not told any of this when I booked the site.

Great location. Was personally greater and assisted on arrival. Great recommendations for food and things to do. Great stay. Will be back

Great little park. Only negative was the road noise from the main road out front.

Nice place. Great bathrooms. Main road was a little noisy but over all very happy. Would 100% stay again. Nice and walkable to a grocery store, coffee shop, a few restaurants and a Walmart
