We booked this weekend away for July 4th as it was away from the touristy area of Lake George and seemingly family oriented based on the site. There were a lot of great things to do here such as bingo, karaoke, and other fun activities each night which made it very fun. There is also tubing down there diving and kayaks for rent. The teepees were very clean and campsite was kept up and clean our entire stay, including the restrooms. The biggest downside is that there is no place to swim. Additionally, during our stay there was a large family who played loud music all day long that can be heard through the campground from all the sites and seemingly didn’t have to follow the same rules as everyone else staying there. They also partied in the river with glass bottles for hours which is where families tube barefoot. There are also no real quiet hours as some sites played loud music until late into the evening. These things made it a bit unenjoyable for others who came there to get away and unplug for the weekend.
