Adventure Bound Cooperstown — Reviews

Was a great stay. My only concern were the E-bikes ridden by kids flying through the campground and not watching other people or vehicles.

Camp spots were INCREDIBLY close to each other. Other than that, the cabin was fine. The door contraption is kind of a pain when you’re trying to carry things in and out. It was beautiful by the lake. Would return at a decent price.

The road to head into the park had no sign and we over shot it with our motorhome. We then had to drive further down the road to unhook our jeep we were towing. The roads into the campground were washed out. Our site was ok and a bit hard to level. After the rain it was quite muddy. The staff was nice and helpful when we needed some repair on our sewer. Beautiful area ! I hope there are more improvements to the campground in the future.

This is one of the best camping spots I have ever been. I booked a sleep 4 rustic cabin which was good enough for me and my kids. The lake view in front of the cabin was serene. The pool was closed due cooler weather but the staff was courteous enough to open it promptly on our request. The whole campus of the campground has a beautiful landscape and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend going this place.

The place looks like it had a lot of potential, nice playground and pool area. But our site had quite a bit of litter in it and was just not very well taken care of at all.

The staff to the campground was wonderful. Will stay there again

Firstly, there was no one there to register with when we arrived on Sunday at approximately 2pm. The camp store apparently closed at 2 on Sunday. Why have arrival time at 2 if no one will be there? we had to find our spot and set up without any guidance. I reserve a spot close to the public bathrooms due to my husband not being able to walk far without being in pain. They closed those bathrooms due to a septic issue and didn't even attempt to offer up a golf cart (even at a discount) so we wouldn't have walk to the farther facility. He drove up I walked. (Imposition # 1) Also, he doesn't often like to swim in the pool, due to many people in it. Since it was the first week of June and NO events were planned, he decided to go for a swim. They closed the pool due to maintenance on it! (don't these things get checked prior to opening day?) Imposition # 2) And lastly... get some pastries in the camp store! Not everyone lives on candy and ice cream.

Nice place Quiet this time of year. Staff was very friendly.

Allow me the flexibility to pick a lakefront spot and it was perfect. We loved the golf cart rental experience. The dog park is very large compared to other campgrounds.

Quiet, view was good, laundry was ok. Spot was not level.
