Adventure Bound Eagles Peak — Reviews

My family and i had a great time seems that the part is a majority of seasonal. It has a good mix of the layout plus nice to see rental cabins all around the camper sites so you can go with a big group. Would be nice if the amenities had a bit more for food/activities and snacks and was open a bit later during the week. All in all my family and i had a fun time. And the property was clean. Thanks!!!

Nothing is ever perfect. Due to the rainy weather outdoor activities were canceled but we made the best of it while indoors.

Great campground. Staff was all so nice. Grounds were good. Had playground, pools with slides, adult only pool but too cool for us to use the pools. Like that the sites are shaded by trees and more private. The only thing that seems odd to us is that they blocked off the main road in front of stores and pools to have some kind of even. We left on Sunday before the Labor Day Monday traffic rush. So they had that road blocked off. Seems like it would be an issue but we called and staff was nice enough to open the road up for us to leave without an issue. Great job team

Welcoming staff! Clean bathrooms/showers. Kids loved the pool area and slides. It was nice they don’t have height requirements and my little one could actually go down the slides. Renting the golf cart was an added bonus that the kids loved. Stayed in the rustic cabin and bathrooms were right there. Beds were much more comfortable than I expected. It was fairly quiet since we were there during the week but I could see it being a lot of fun on weekends too. Could have used a full day of sun but still made the best of it. The girl that checked us in was great I mentioned we were going to run out for dinner probably pizza and she gave us a few local menus for places that deliver to the campground. The swim up snack bar one of the only negatives. Wish it was open more than just Saturdays my kids would have loved it! It has such great potential!

This was our first camp experience as a family and everyone loved every minute of it, so much to do, cabin was amazing, staff were always kind, friendly and helpful. This was the best experience and we're already planning next year's vacation at Adventure Bound Eagles Peak!

We stayed in spot 123, which was in the lower pull-through section and very close to all the amenities, a convenient location, especially with kids. This area seemed to host a lot of camper rentals, so it was a bit more active and busy. The campsites were a bit tight, but we expected that going in. It was also very dusty due to the gravel, and many cars and golf carts didn’t respect the speed limits, which made it feel a little chaotic at times. That said, the staff was incredible—every single person we encountered was friendly, smiling, and always checking to see if we needed anything. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially the slides! The mini golf was fun, the arcade was a decent size, and the playground was awesome. It featured two Gaga ball pits, four square, a volleyball area, and a basketball court—plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Overall, the campground was very clean and well-maintained. The tighter spots weren’t our personal favorite, but that’s just a matter of preference. We still had a great time and appreciated all the amenities and hospitality.

The check in process is horrible and they need more than one person to check you in. They don’t allow early check in which is fine but then be more adequately staffed and not make people wait in long lines to check in then wait again to get your reserved golf cart.

Had an excellent time. Rustic cabin was comfortable enough and all facilities were very clean. Navigating to campsite at night was difficult despite map.

Staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy participating and leading the activities. The facilities were super clean and the spots were spacious.
