    Festival on the Lake returns to AJ Jolly Park (1501 Racetrack Road, Alexandria) on Saturday, August 15th from 4-11PM. Admission is just $5 and there is fun for the entire family, featuring live music, a kids fun zone, local food and craft vendors, and adult refreshments. No outside coolers, food, or drinks please.   • Campbell County Senior Picnic at Pendery Park

    September 23

    The Annual Senior Citizens' Picnic will take place at Pendery Park in Melbourne on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM (gates open at 10:30 AM). There will be live music, Bingo, chair volleyball, corn hole, door prizes, and a chicken dinner. Pre-sale tickets will be available beginning August 1st at the following locations: Campbell County Senior Center, 3504 Alexandria Pike, Highland Heights, KY 41071, or Campbell County Administration Building 1098 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY 41071. Ticket sales are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM.
