Very friendly staff and beautiful beach

They sandwich the tents in so tight there is no privacy for the price you pay. And they have a pump the gose off and on all night that is very loud. Will not be returning

We had a good stay. However, Our camping neighbors were loud after 9pm curfew. After we addressed it with the office, it was fixed.

It was a great spot to camp. The beach was great and so was the service.

Awesome campground and kids had lots of fun.

This is Family-Style Camping at its core. Our Family came together and made great memories here over the Holiday weekend. Fishing, Crabbing, Smores galore and lots of laughs and conversation over the campfire. The grounds themselves are clean, well kept,bathrooms clean and showers efficient. Staff works hard at keeping billing straight and corrected a few issues I had with the online reservation. The Ground Maintenance staff attends very well to the guests needs or any issues that might come up. They keep things and guests orderly and felt like a safe environment for our family. We look forward to next years stay also. Thank you Albion Staff!! May 2026

Great location, super easy access to the beach. The family loved it.

It was a beautiful location and the campground is amazing!

Well kept facility, campground host easy to work with, clean bathrooms and the bonus of a laundromat, if needed.

We love the river and ocean setting. A lot of wildlife too!

The campsite was very clean and the staff were very polite. Water and electric were available as well as a full shower. A couple of things to note. First, the entrance to the campground is somewhat easy to miss depending on which way you’re coming from. And secondly, there is a fairly steep hill that goes down to the campsites that is also part of a pretty sharp turn. Being able to camp near the river was quite satisfying. Highly recommended for someone who wants to stay a few miles outside of Fort Bragg.

The people working at ARC&M were great: Informative, friendly, helpful & polite. Unfortunately, the restroom facilities are very neglected & dated. Not all showers work. Not all toilets work & those that do are very short. For the number of campers staying there, these are very inadequate. The setting itself is lovely, alongside the Albion River & coastal beach. But again, campsites are tired, with dirt, burrs & foxtails in abundance. It would be great if the county repaved the road down. It is very narrow, has decaying pavement & holes & one very sharp turn not conducive to long rigs. We were fine but observed others negotiating that curve with great difficulty. The office store has good supplies, fun items for kids & necessities. With the great staff on hand and an immense amount of TLC this place could be a beautiful gem.

A beautiful setting where the Albion River enters the Pacific Ocean. The staff was quite nice. Always greeting with a smile. The sites are a bit tight and could be more well delineated. The bathrooms could also use a little help.
