This site is well located and offers a relaxed atmosphere. Check-in is straightforward. The price-performance ratio is certainly on the high side for a site without electricity. But all in all, it's very positive. I will be back;)

Fantastic place for camping right on the ocean. Not what I would call rustic camping but the on site facilities, eatery and proximity to the ocean made this one of the best camping experiences. Being able to have a hot shower after a day of hiking fantastic !! As well being able to step out of your camper and on to the dock for whale watching tour.. epic!! Won't be disappointed if booking a stay here.

The stay was great! Only problem we encountered is that there’s little privacy between each site. RV’s are right next to other RV’s so if you’re thinking you’ll be in your own little piece of heaven for your stay, you’re not. The view is astounding! The washrooms are flush toilets and the showers are $2 for 8 minutes. There is also laundry and a restaurant that makes really tasty food, with really pleasant service. There’s a little store where you can purchase ice (which we needed to do daily). The renters get the closest sites to the beach, so that was a win for us!

The Mecca1 site was very uneven, I had a hard time finding a place for my small trailer that was possible to level it. I had to move it many times and still unable to find a suitable spot which could level with multiple packs of blocks. I also was shocked to have to pay extra change to use the showers when almost paying already $40/night with no electricity water or sewer to the unlevel site. The food truck was awesome.

Well the grounds and staff were so nice ,my only things were the wifi wasn’t great and when I phoned and asked about on shore fishing someone told me by an e mail that it wasn’t allowed so I didn’t bring my gear ,so my camping neighbours took me to Port McNeill to by some lures .Anyway it was a 5 star review 👏👏👍
