Everything was perfectly fine...... Except the price. It's absolutely absurd. Barely any grass anywhere for dogs to potty. Sites are so close that slides are 1-2 ft from the neighbor's. There are decent amenities butt most aren't ones any campers use, such as the outdoor kitchen.

The laundry room is not clean and several machines are not functional the fields are very narrow

Kind of a bumpy entry but seems to be all over TX. Had fun playing pool! Friendly host!

This was a great place to camp if you want to to be close to Houston. Shady, nice rec center with an office that helped out a great deal and a pool. Traffic noise was minimal for being so close to the Interstates.
