Very Clean; Friendly service; shaded RV spots; lovely flowers and landscaping; great cafe and store. Good location near Durango. Will stay here again.

Pretty location. Easy to get to trail. Quiet and clean

Lovely campground with very nice staff. Extra large dog park and nice layout with beautiful trees. Excellent location close to both the city of Durango and Durango Hot Springs! There is also a wonderful paved bike path that is nearby, we were able to bike to town for lunch and dinner and then bike the back road behind the campground to the hot springs for some fabulous soaking (without the sulphur smell).

Very kind staff, super clean facilities. The restrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The laundry room has 8 washers and 8 dryers, all brand new looking and spotless.

Overall, everything was really great. The office staff was very helpful. Also, the operators of the little café were excellent. Plus, the food was really, really good. We will definitely come back.

Probably one of the best run parks we have ever been to. Staff is great, and they make sure you have everything you need. Stayed for 5 nights in a motor home. Grounds are spotless, and mostly tree covered. Sites are large.

Very nice park in great right off 550. Location is great to access town or get into the mountains. Onsite breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly. We did not have a reservation in advance but were able to secure a spot Sunday-Thursday. If your looking for a weekend stay they fill up well in advance so be sure reserve for that. We had a spot near the dog park, with 2 dogs easy access for a quick run is nice. Spots behind the cafe are very shaded.
