The staff was pleasant and so welcoming! The cabin was amazing, and overall the side by side experience was top notch! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at AOAP. We stayed for 2 nights, which seemed to be the perfect amount. The room was very large with 2 king size beds. We were right next to the pool and enjoyed swimming in between activities. If you ask, they can turn the splash pad on for you. The food (especially at dinner) was more upscale than I was expecting, but it all tasted great. There’s also a free arcade which was perfect for the kids. We did enjoy the side by side rides too though it would be great if there was a beginner vs intermediate trail ride. Some of the people in our group had a hard time keeping up and the trail guide had to come back to get them. The resort is spread out so driving between activities is recommended. Overall we had a nice time, but not sure we would return.

Took my boyfriend for his 24th birthday. We had an amazing time! The food was great, staff was very accommodating and friendly, the excursions were so much fun, and we loved to see all the animals! The pool was practically empty when we went so felt very private and relaxing. So much to do while there we were exhausted by the end of our stay but in the best way possible. We ended up ubering from the airport but security and staff were so sweet they gave us a lift to our excursions and back to our cabin. Very great people, and place.

Great concept, poor execution. We booked in March and were told that someone would get a hold of us prior to check in to book excursions. A week prior to check in, I called to book excursions, the front desk stated they changed their policy and they had to be booked at check in. On arrival could only get 2 side by sides for 1 trail excursion. We could get 1 SxS for the night ride and someone would have to sit out. Race track was closed due to rain wash out and the Disney excursion was booked until Sunday (the day we were leaving). The excursions were fun, but both started ~ 30 minutes late. The first night dinner was good. Breakfast was ok for a buffet, but no one waited on us both mornings, so we did not get anything to drink. Saturday was the 4th, we went to eat lunch at 2:05pm (lunch served 11-3) and were told the kitchen was closed at 2 for July 4th BBQ for the rest of the day. This was not told to us on check in and the front desk made us dinner reservations for 7:15 Saturday night. Manager attempted to allow us to eat, but chef refused. The manager did not know that the kitchen was closing early, or that dinner would not be served. We went to the BBQ and there was hot dogs or fried catfish, with potato salad and bag of chips. Additional things like cheeseburgers, turkey legs, brats were an upcharge of $10 each, so no sit down lunch or 3 course dinner, instead we could get hot dogs for lunch and dinner. In 3 days we were able to get 1. 75 excursions, ride go carts (the best thing there), have 1 dinner, and 2 buffet breakfast without drinks. Not worth the pricey costs of all inclusive vacation. The pool area was clean but lazy river and splash pad were broken, playground was there but not put together. We signed up for events like kick ball tournament, we couldn't find the playing field and none of the employees at the field games new anything about it. Poor management, no communication, it seemed like no one knew what was going on. We were refunded some of our money for all of the issues. The highlights; the family luxury cabin was brand new and really nice. The dinner, we did have, was good. The staff was friendly and did try to make up for the poor management. This could be a great family place if they worked out management and communications issues.

There was so much to do for our entire family with kids of all ages. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The accommodations were perfect. Our only disappointment was that the splash pad and pool playground were not operational and we were not informed of this. It did rain the entire time we were there, so we really only went to the pool once anyway.

The employees were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. The excursions and activities were so fun. The employees made these activities so memorable. There were 2 things that kept me from giving this a 5-star rating: Room Cleanliness and Food Service. Overall, our room was pretty clean. However, there was dirt/mud from past guest on the primary bathroom door (inside door around door handle) and on the top of the shower curtain (near shower head portion of shower curtain). Both spots (door and shower curtain) were just a bit larger than a football. Also, our bath towels had mud stains on them that washing seems to not have been able to remove. There needs to be some work/training done on the Food Service side of the business. The wait time for drinks, refills, taking of food orders, etc. was way too long. The wait times were long even when there were only 3-4 tables seated (2-4 people per table). Drink orders were forgotten. Sometimes we sat there for quite a while before someone would come speak to us. I'm sure it is a training issue as AOA has just recently opened and I hope these will get worked out. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay and would go back. If the above negatives are repeated and not corrected by our second visit, then my rating will go down. I currently would recommend AOA.

Remember what you came there for - the ATV trips. The other things are just bonus. It is not presented as a fancy 5 star resort. A beautiful facility. New owners / management trying to make changes to improve things. We enjoyed our time - food was good. Bring clothes you do not mind getting ruined. Also, snacks for your room for in between meals and late night snacks

This all-inclusive family resort offers something for everyone, UTV trails, racing clinics, several tracks, a huge swimming complex (unfortunately the lazy river was closed for maintenance but both large pools were still open), go-karts, a petting zoo, RC track, arcade, and more, all right on-site. Even better, it's pet-friendly, so our dog got to come along and be part of the adventure too! I'll admit, I was pushed well outside my comfort zone more than once. Thankfully, my husband is a much more adventurous (and talented) driver than I am. We climbed hills I never would have imagined tackling, and while I can confidently say I'll stick to being a spectator in the future, the kids absolutely loved every minute of it! Like many places these days, the resort is still working through a few growing pains. We learned that new ownership recently took over and the property only reopened in April. While a few extra staff members may have helped things run a little more smoothly, what they may have lacked in numbers they more than made up for in hospitality. Every single employee from the front desk team and UTV guides to the restaurant staff, lifeguards, go-kart attendants, and custodial crew, were genuinely friendly, helpful, and committed to making sure guests were having a great experience.

Such great trails and activities! Food was amazing! We stayed for 5 days as a family of four with 2 older teens and we all loved it! So fun and adventurous!

They charged excessively of 1500$ for a v minor flip which only caused a screw to fall off Otherwise place was good

Ihave stayed at many vacation spots but have never encountered a staff that was as eager to make sure every aspect of your stay was great. All of the staff was happy and very eager to help. Everyone who went with me is already bugging me to book again for next year with extra people wanting to come with us. I have a feeling we will be going back for years to come. If I could 10 stars not sure it would be enough. I have never been so satisfied with a vacation before. If you can go you should.

From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. I booked my reservation over the phone with Cameron, who made the process smooth and easy. He answered all my questions and was both professional and respectful. At check-in, Ashton greeted us with a warm smile and immediately felt at home. The staff provided all the information we needed to get around and, most importantly, helped us get set up for our excursions. Everyone—from the front desk to the kitchen staff, waiters, and activity center—was always ready to help. If we had any concerns or suggestions, they were quick to accommodate and made sure our experience was unforgettable. The racing clinic was incredibly fun! The Disney Island ride was epic—definitely more intermediate, but a must-do. The night ride was one for the books. My best advice: listen to your trail guides—they’ll keep you safe and grounded, if you know what I mean. I’m not the best with remembering everyone's name, but I want to recognize a few that I recall: Cody, Josh, Marcus, Telly, Misty, and Jordan. Honestly, the entire staff was amazing. They had great attitudes and kept everything real, which made the experience even better. Apologize for not remembering all the names. Anyone working during my stay from May 7- May 11th you guys all rock!! I can’t forget to mention the food—it was delicious every day! Movie night was a great touch, and the amenities were awesome: a beautiful pool, splash pad, playground for the kids, and a fun arcade room. The arcade had everything—basketball, Mario Kart, pinball, vintage games, and multiple consoles with three different TVs (PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch). My daughter loved the mini petting zoo They had! To wrap it up, I will definitely be coming back in the future. This place is still new and evolving, with lots of exciting things coming. The staff was absolutly amazing. - every single person we met, fro. The consiere, the reateraunt staff, trail guides like Cody H and Markus, security. - everyone went above and beyond to make us feel lile we were the entire reason they woke up and came to work.

Enjoy the go carts. Just kidding, they don't exist yet. Enjoy the disc golf (looks to be removed from website now). Just kidding, it doesn't exist. Enjoy the RC cars. Just kidding, they don't have any batteries for them. Enjoy the fishing pond. Just kidding, its covered in moss and there is no tackle/bait available. Seriously, this was not a great time. Killed 3 wasps in my room during the stay. internet and TV did not work. People turned away due to lack of side by sides. Track closed due to a little mud from a rain the day before. The one things that did exist was the archery range. 2 hay bails. Obviously the only thing available to do as every time we checked it, there were already 4-6 people there and no able to be used. Don't be misled by the fancy pictures online. While some are actual pictures, many are stock photos. Dinner was a 2 option menu. While it was good, very limited. breakfast and lunch are about like being a business conference in a budget hotel. As far as we could tell, there was no options anywhere to get snacks or drinks outside this restaurant. Need a water after 9 pm. Bring your own. There are no cups in the rooms, but i suppose you could turn your head sideways and drink from the bathroom sink.

There has been so much work put into this park! The quality of experiences, customer service, and amenities are absolutely top notch. The owner, Lorenzo, is very hands-on and checked in many times to ensure we had an amazing vacation. The staff are kind, fun, and committed to providing an incredible experience at every step of the trip. The food and waitstaff were everything we would expect from our favorite restaurant. Chef is killing it! The outdoor adventure team gave us an experience I will never forget! I would never have thought I would try racing and trail riding to the extreme that they taught us. I felt very safe and was able to really experience all the amazing things you can do with a side by side vehicle (Polaris Rzr). I can’t wait to return with my kids and experience all the amazing things that will become available this summer. The pond cabin is truly a gem in the wild. We could not have asked for a more magical, romantic, beautiful place to spend our vacation. It’s absolutely gorgeous. If you’re wondering if AOAP is the right spot for your next vacation I would tell you BOOK IT - we had so much fun and can’t wait to go back!!

Great experience Staff was outstanding, friendly, and true to the phrase of southern hospitality. Hung out with some of the best people Life has to offer. Truly blessed spending time with all of them. Facility was not perfect, and that is never our expectations, the staff is what counted the most. Thank you all for making our priceless memories.
