Apache Family Campground & Pier — Reviews

Gate guard was clueless about getting propane, which we needed. Never really found the store? The sites are small and tight-hard to park regular vehicle. That being said, we did like the campground lots. The beach there is hard packed with easy access all around. The ladies in the front office were very nice and helpful. Trash picked up daily. The pier is perfect. The restaurant, Groupers is family owned and operated and the food was so delicious! We’d definitely come back in the low season again!

This is a great campground. Clean, close to beach, pier fishing and if you don’t want to cook, there’s a great restaurant in the campground. Lots of things to do. Very quiet location

This place is great.

Fun, clean and a great beach.

We thought the experience was good. We liked being able to drive our golf cart around, the pier and the friendliness.

Like going home. Stayed there the first Time 55 years ago. Rather stay there than anywhere.

It was family centris and extremely organized!

Our site was very close to the beach. Fairly private. Clean. I only wish the bathroom shower stalls were a little bit bigger. Kind of tight. There were plenty of poop bag stations for the doggies. Another wish would be a "dog park" so we could be off leash for a little bit.
