We love this campground. It's location is ideal not only to the Chasm but Lake Placid, the ADK rail trail and many disc golf courses in addition to the course on-site. This will make 4 years for us going there and we plan to go back next year.

Helpful, friendly staff knowledgeable about the area and what to do at the Chasm and beyond. The bathrooms/shower houses are clean and well maintained. Very family friendly.

Great private campground that almost feels like a state park. No real seasonal campers just good old fashioned travelers and weekend campers. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were well maintained.

Cleanliness matters a lot during family camping and this campground is well maintained with clean facilities. Restrooms were cleaned regularly and we had hot showers every time we went. We were a big group involving 3 RV sites and a cabin. RV sites were spacious so as a cabin. Will be happy to return here. DO NOT BUY SENSIBLE WEATHER GUARENTEE (Insurance). ITS USELESS. DURING OUR STAY IT RAINED ENOUGH TO DISTURB OUR PLANS. BUT ACCORDING TO THEM IT DID NOT QUALIFY FOR REIMBURSEMENTS. Other than that experience, full marks for the campground and their staff.

Our site (9) was absolutely terrible. It was incredibly uneven that made it impossible to level out our camper. There were so many tree roots that we kept twisting our ankle. And we couldn't even put out our awning all the way because of a tree. The campground itself is very nice and clean but our site made our stay not enjoyable.

Easily one of our favorite campgrounds. The bathrooms are always clean, the new heated pool was wonderful with the cooler air temps. They were flexible with setting our group's tent sites together. It was quiet and relaxing with plenty to do nearby. We plan to make this an annual trip destination!

We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and new. The location to the bathroom and showers was nearby. All facilities were clean. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our time camping.
