Nice location to the beach Excellent service and communication.

The place is not kept up at all. Weeds for grass . Some of the picnic tables were rotted. There is little to no security. The great thing about it is that marvelous beach across the road.

Price was good, everything was wonderful, grass was manicured, easy access to the beach.

We always have a very relaxing time when we stay here.

clean, great gulf front spots. new management makes it easy to communicate

The grass was high, had a wet rug laying around in the high grass, sites needed to be blown off (it was edged but all the grass and dirt was left on the site.). Electrical box site 6 needs attention. All the guts are hanging out. Could be a great place if taken better care of. Great location!

The most peaceful spot, great views and very minimal noise. communication with the owner when someone was in our original spot when we arrived.

It was nice and I liked it right across from the beach. The sewage hook-up was a liitle low in the ground but I had a straight connector. If you like a nice beach and hardly any people, this is great. Also we ride E-Bikes so the 25 mph speed limit helped make it feel safer to ride,
