Belden Hill Campground — Reviews

Weather was perfect. When we had a problem with our awning, we got help within an hour and it turned out to be an easy fix. We really thank you all for the help. The weekend was great and we’ll be back a few more times this season. Always look forward to it.

This was our first time staying at Belden Hill, and we loved this campground! It's so beautiful and quiet. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool each day, playing on the playgrounds, and fishing in the pond. We will be back for sure!

We just stayed our second time & love it there~~quiet & clean~~we love the new sites in the woods~~no power for 2 days because of the storm, but did not ruin our time there. The owners are super sweet & very helpful. We definitely will be returning!

Beautiful views all around campground. They had plenty of activities planned for the kids. Nice new pool. Small family owned, and great location. Will be back!

All of the sites are listed as 30/50 amp but unfortunately they are not. They are 20/50. I eventually found a Google review that mention you could borrow an adapter but at the point my husband had already left to go purchase one at a Tractor Supply store in Greene. I was able to do laundry while we was gone though. Three washers. Two of them are $2.00. One was $2.50. Three dryers but one was out of order. 25 cents got you 7 minutes but 21 minutes wasn't long enough for a load with towels mixed in. They didn't even get all the way dry with an additional 14 minutes. The campground is nice. Spread out. We got a spot on the hill overlooking the park, great view. Two separate laundry locations. Swimming pond, fishing pond, dog park, events, ect. I wish I would have seen the new forested spots. The office closes at 1pm on Sundays(the day we checked in) but we received a phone call with directions on how to get to our spot. Golf course across the way that we wish we could have golfer.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This campground exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy engaging with guests—something you don’t find everywhere. The heated pool was a total highlight—clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Even better, we were surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that added a peaceful, scenic backdrop to the entire stay. One of our favorite surprises was the well-stocked fishing pond. Whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking to cast a line and relax, it’s a fantastic spot with plenty of bites and lots of space to unwind. The campsites themselves are spacious and incredibly accessible, with wide, level parking pads that made setting up a breeze. We never felt crowded, and maneuvering our rig was easy—even for bigger setups. Best of all, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of amenities and the beauty of the surroundings. This place offers unbeatable value without sacrificing comfort or charm. We’ve already recommended this campground to friends and family, and we’ll definitely be back if traveling this route again. It’s the perfect combination of natural beauty, great amenities, and thoughtful hospitality.

The campground and its owners and staff were wonderful. Friendly and attentive making sure we were settled in, and if we needed anything. Their laundry and shower house was clean as well. The well manicured grounds were sprinkled with flowers and flowering scrubs. They also provide a built in pool and ponds for fishing. We stayed in “the woods” area which we loved. I would recommend this family and pet friendly campground to everyone.

Always clean, friendly, easy in and out. 3 more trips this season. Hoping to make use of that awesome pool!!!

Great hosts. Look forward to return trip

The campground was very nice. I love how they keep the seasonal sites and weekenders separate. The woods area is where we stayed felt pretty private loved that. The wifi didn’t reach that far but we bring our own. Clean and well maintained. Tons of stuff for kids.

It has great amenities, the people are friendly, bathroom spotless, overall it was a great experience for me and my family

Loved the wooded site, great for the dogs. Site easy to get into and set up. The staff very pleasant to deal with. Recomment the campground.
