Great, peaceful place to stay. Already reserved for next year

Short stay, but staff was great and very nice campground with lots of shade

When we were driving to the resort, they gave us a call because the Hill country had started flooding. They checked on us and asked if we were still coming to the resort. We had been on the road about 3 and a half hours. They were worried about the area of the spot that we picked and told us that they were going to move us to make sure we were safe. The Ranch is beautiful and shady and quiet. This is a great place.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was a convenient location for going into Fredericksburg and nearby attractions.

Clean, well laid out and very friendly hosts.

It was ok. Location good. We were lucky to have a shaded spot, many were roasting. We liked watching the longhorns. We like cats, we really do. I appreciate the efforts to help the feral/homeless cats by allowing them to stay on property and be taken care of but Im pretty sure it’s gotten out of hand. Cat feces is everywhere, cat urine reeks especially in the laundry room. Anything we left outside was urinated on…shoes, entry rug, towels left outside drying, lawn chairs. I expected a more upscale experience but it really was not. I would not revisit or recommend.

They checked in on us before our arrival to ensure we read all the park expectations and rules which were not unreasonable at all. Very pleasant staff. The park itself was clean. Bathrooms and showers were clean and in good condition. Loved that it was pet friendly and 21 and up. Perfect shady spots with the awesome longhorns near by and all the kitties! Will definitely return!

People were great, park was clean and quiet

The area was nice but honestly too many cats for us. We have cat prints all over our blackstone and jeep. Other than that the place was nice and the staff was nice. Don’t know if this our place , we did look at the pool and it did not seem to be the place for us as it did not look like much of an area for lounging and that is something we like to do especially in the nice warm weather.

Great stay! Camp hosts were super friendly as usual and check-in and checkout was smooth, clean park, and no kids!!!! We loved it thank you!

Nice clean park. Our pull through spot was right up front. There is a busy highway that is on two sides. Lots of traffic noise. We were watched constantly when we took our dogs out, to ensure we were complying with policy. Which we were. We only stayed 2 nights to sight see. Clean park.

Good quiet clean park. Internet signal was week but made it work with my hotspot.

Our first stay at this Rv park and we will definitely be staying there when we visit Fredericksburg again. The grounds were nicely kept and bath house was nice and clean. You can only get in with security cards which is a plus.

We loved it there. It is our second visit and probably won’t be our last. Stayed for several days while we enjoyed Oktoberfest.
