Great location for all the biking trails. Showers/toilets clean. Good communication. Verizon cell service good. Could use more shade in the meadow.

The place was clean and I met the man that owns the place and he was really friendly. He told me all about what he had planned for the future and it was all good things. The mtb trails were just around the corner and we had an absolute blast.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They knew the area well and told us how to get to the places we wanted to go. Their park is peaceful and quiet with the amenities kept clean and neat. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area.

Good site, close to trails, easy to check in, warm showers, accommodating host. This was the perfect place to camp for a weekend in Bentonville.

I love the atmosphere- walking through the grass to the bathhouse past twinkle lights and fires, and I love the peaceful views of the trees and hills in the daytime and stars at night. It feels safe and welcoming and the cabin and bathrooms were clean and cute. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly safe environment. Bathrooms, showers were A+ and water, trash convenient. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
