Campground was great, campspot fees of 35% soured the cost. We were there mid week after the holidays, probably pretty rowdy on summer weekends.

The firepit was full of trash when we arrived. The neighboring seasonal came over and burned it for us stating they have hardly any maintenance people working anymore. The lot we rented was spacious. Not really much grass on it and a lot of fresh sand in one area, like they just filled in a hole but didn't pack it down. The sand was horrible since we have dogs and they were tracking it in every time they went in and out of the camper. The restrooms were clean; the walking trail was convenient.

Bathrooms are old. They are clean and well kept just need some updating. Some sites are very small…make sure your rig will fit. This campground is a seasonal community, so sites that are left can be challenging to get in and out. The water views are amazing and firewood price is great! Only 1 beach area and very small but sandy and clean. It is right next the boat launch so kiddos need extra watching for safety of everyone.

We love this camp ground, however this last stay no body came around to enforce quiet time at 11pm or even past that…and there was a seasonal camper that blasted music (louder than I can even describe) until FIVE AM!! It was terrible!!

Our camp site was dirty with bottle caps, cigarette butts, candy wrappers, and we found a large bolt after parking the camper on the lot. There is no security that patrols and tries to keep campers in line hence the park was quite noisy even after quiet time.

LOTS WERE A LITTLE SMALLER THAN WHAT WE EXPECTED OFF THE SITE, WITH SOME OBSATACLES IN THE WAY (TREES), REALLY NO GRASS AT ALL, BUT CAMP GROUND WAS CLEAN, BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN, STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH, OTHER CAMPERS WERE AWESOME, AND HAD LOTS OF FUN.

Site was not the easiest to back into. Water hook up in a poor location depending on site. Had to get another hose just to reach. Bathroom was not great to say the least then. The mens was out of service due to a broke toilet seat for half our stay. Showers were decent and liked that you could actually control the temp. Wish the dump station was closer to the entrance to be more usable for the front sites. The beach was not great with a small swim area and got deep quick. Definitely keep an eye on the kids if you take them swimming. Price was also a bit much for not having full hook up.

The park was okay. Facilities are older. The beach area is crowded because lots of people drop their boats in there and parking is super limited. The beach is about a mile walk from the front of the campground. Not yet parks fault but we were consistently telling people to slow down with driving.
