Big Cedar Cabins & RV Park is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Ouachita National Forest & Kiamichi Mountains! Enjoy pull-thru rv sites with full hookups; city water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric. Our cabins are cozy and well equipped with kitchens. The beautiful Cedar Creek also runs through our property. For those who love to explore off-road, there is easy access to endless trails for hiking or riding and we are centrally located in the Billy Creek Trail system. The nearby hiking trails are some of the best around. Bring your side-by-sides, UTV’s, ATV’s to experience new adventures. We are just five miles from the beautiful Talimena National Scenic Byway!

    It served as a perfect base camp for riding the Talimena Scenic road! Long pull throughs, our Site 1 had a tree. Picnic tables, FHU, 50 amp, nice little store. Big laundry, though they were working on several machines. The Shower/bathroom is located in the laundry house and while it was pleasant, it got extremely hot with no fans or AC, luckily hubby had a big ol’ towel to wrap around him to rush out😂. Right off the main road, thought we didn’t have noise issues until a semi came through in the morning. Owners are super nice, little store has souvenirs and snacks, the cabins look wonderful. Sites are manicured. Reservations are done through Campspot so there’s no refund if you need to cancel, but if there’s any reason for site change, can work with you if you call them to ask questions. We rode the Talimena Scenic road which is just a few miles away to the Arkansas border and back a different way. A bunch of scenic overlooks! Mena is only 30 minutes away, which will have all your store and restaurant needs. We definitely recommend this place!
