While still in the process of building it out, it is nice. The community center is awesome. Has its own little beach and boat dock. Conveniently located to one of the best small towns in America. Ocean Springs.

Beautiful views. Easy access to amenities. Need to have the club house area paved. Laundry facilities were broken. Lazy river still being built.

Resort is unfinished. 5 MPH restriction not observed by all. Limited beach area. 50% of showers not air conditioned. Quiet time not observed by all. Large pads, consistent water pressure and electrical current, convenient trash pickup, resort kept clean, grass well maintained, pool and bar excellent. drink prices more than reasonable especially during happy hour.

The campground is well laid out and once all the amenities are in place is going to be a gem. We loved how family friendly it was and really hope it stays that way! It was quiet in the evenings and there weren’t any rowdy campers. The staff are super friendly and working hard to maintain everything to a high standard. We will be back!

WiFi never worked across the 2 days. Needed to book a hotel room to work out of. I know WiFi is spotty at campgrounds and usually have low expectations but for $95/night and with all the marketing messaging on WiFi and DirectTV, it was disappointing. Otherwise a beautiful campground. Only negative would have been the bugs/mosquitos but that’s standard for this location and time of year.
