The owners were friendly and helpful. We used this location just as a home base. We did not use the pool facilities, but they looked okay. The sites were not level so levelers may be needed. There were some older picnic tables scattered throughout. More sunlight coming through may help with the cleanliness of items but everything looked like it could use a good scrubbing (playground for example). I would like to see the place in the summer to see if there is more activity going on. It was definitely quiet. We did not go into the building or the bathrooms so cannot comment on that.
