This site offers not only a lake front view but waterfront access on 3 sides! Perfect for a small group gathering with fire pit, picnic tables with room for both tents and RV's. The beach area is perfect for fishing, easy boat access, and or sitting back watching the kiddos play in the shallow swimming area. Not to mention the amazing views at sunrise!

Located right on the waterfront with a great beach and grass area with trees for shade you can play all day in the shallow swimming area, fish on the lake and enjoy sitting around the camp fire with friends and family at night.
When you want to be close but we aren't able to get you into one of our waterfront or grass sites we still can get you a spot to set up in our overflow area. A little more rustic without waterfront access or picnic tables and fire pits however located at the end of our property you are still within walking distance to all of our amenities here at the resort!

Shallow waters make it an easy access for boats to pull up and load. Just down from the boat ramps makes these spots very convenient and ready for all the adventures you are looking for!

Attention!! For this year, we have decided to combine the Black Sands Annual Fishing Derby, with the Hooked on Hope Fishing Derby!
