Quite small site. Not easy to get into. Washrooms were a very long way off.

Check in was really simple, site ls are all unique and the park is beautiful in the fall. We did stay late in the season so there weren't many amenities available but had a great experience nonetheless.

Found about 30 deck screws. Just put new tires good thing I did not have a flat tire. Card to open the gate did not work. Tried calling them, no answer. Water was constantly running, could not shut it off. Site F105. Manager was made aware. Large site but no privacy.

This campground, though now accepting transient campers, has done little to welcome them. From our garbage-strewn former seasonal site to a lack of signage about sports equipment available to borrow to poorly maintained pool bathrooms to untrimmed branches making it difficult for trailers to pull in and out, and finally, no (apparent) receptacle for recycling, we are unlikely to return. We did enjoy the pool and pickleball court (bought our own paddles as we did not learn until day 5 that there were some we could borrow), the kids wagon ride, and the residents were very friendly. We would recommend that management make more of an effort to reset seasonal sites if they wish to keep them as transient sites going forward, and post more signs with information that non-residents wouldn’t be aware of.
