The owner and residents were very friendly and the site was a decent size with good utilities. The downside was 99.9% of the park is full time residents, the owner actually said he is trying to get rid of weekend campers. Beware also, the lake is very low so there are no water front sites. I know this is not the park’s fault, just something to be aware of.

Staff, and manager Joe went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Facilities are well set up and regularly maintained.

We booked this stay for one night honestly to do our laundry between state parks. But we were pleasantly surprised with our nice view of the lake and the laundry facilities were perfect! Also the proprietor was friendly and most helpful in getting us parked (we are newbies). So all in all our stay was great!

Bath houses need AC and more privacy when taking showers like dressing area . Weeds not mowed by water.

Campgrounds were clean. Bathrooms were nice. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Offered us help and suggestions for our stay. Would stay there again. Water levels were low but campsite was great!

Good place! Within walking range to beach/swimming area. Not as shady as we thought but it was decent. Neighbors were friendly and full timers, with a couple spots occupied by seasonal visitors. Manager was really friendly and helpful!
