Location on the Upper Iowa River was fantastic. Would love to have had a water spicket closer to the actual campsite.

No signs by The Bar where you have to register before setting up on your site. There were three "site 6". One was full-hookup, but you had to check out the connections to figure it out.

We love the atmosphere & beautiful surrounding bluffs. The manager of the campground was very rude however to my husband & our friends after renting kayaks from them. Makes us want to look for a different place to stay.

Beautiful location along the river. The sites are large and clean. The staff were really nice. Can't wait to go back and stay longer.

Service was excellent, but the ground was not level or flat. We had to park the camper in the spot backwards so it would level itself. Facilities were not clean or stocked.

It was nice but had to leave because of a medical emergency in the extended family. Stayed one of four days (slept overnight). Wish there was a more lenient cancellation or rescheduling policy. Would consider returning.

Unprofessional management failed to inform us of extra costs until arriving even though stay was booked back in April and SEVERAL phone conversations happened between then and arrival and still no Information was given about extra costs (SEVERAL guests were extremelyupset about this). Lacked informing us that they only had port-a-potties that were left untouched for approx 5 days with no toilet paper for campers and absolutely disgusting. Management was more focused on serving people at the bar we need to purchase wood for our fire to make dinner at 8pm and we're told they couldn't help us for atleast 30 to 45 minutes due to needing to make drinks. Management spoke poorly about guests to other guests with no regard on how it reflected on them. There are honestly SO MANY MORE things but this is some of the big things.
